MacSema’s
new ButtonImager (BI 3500) is a multi-functional, palm
sized, portable data collector. It reads Data Matrix, 1D and 2D bar codes
and reads as well as updates MacSema ButtonMemoryâ
contact memory buttons. The BI 3500 allows buttons and bar codes to be used
interchangeably in the same application giving users the flexibility to select the most appropriate
identification technology for their needs. Data can be entered using the full
alpha numeric keypad, contact memory buttons, scroll lists or scanned bar codes.
The integrated scanner and integrated button read head allows the user to
comfortably scan bar codes or touch and update buttons using only one hand.
Designed for rugged environments, the BI 3500 is
housed in an aluminum case that resists dust and moisture and survives
multiple 4-foot drops. An optional extended read head allows reading
and writing to MiniButtons and/or MicroButtons.
The BI 3500 is the perfect solution for maintenance, inspection, asset tracking and configuration
