MacSema’s new ButtonWand
BW 3030 offers improved battery
performance, data capacity and speed. This rugged data collector reads and
updates data stored on Button Memory® and supports applications such as
inspection, guard tour, maintenance, configuration management, life cycle tracking,
calibration, and fire and safety inspection. ButtonMemory, also known as
contact memory buttons (CMB) are battery-free, read/write, data storage
devices used to identify assets.
Guard Patrol advantages include reading button check points with a touch,
while offering affordable, dependable and durable features. Information which can include
date, time, guard's name, location, and the wand S/N being used can be downloaded to a PC, or
downloaded to remote sites via modem without a PC.
The Lithium Polymer battery with smart circuitry
gives excellent battery performance. It works 3 times longer on a charge than the
original version, offers extended shelf life and charges in only
3 hours. The battery only needs to be charged every 2-3 weeks.
The ButtonWand BW 3030, the size of a deck of cards, fits
comfortably in your hand or pocket. Housed in an aluminum case, it
survives multiple 4-foot drops and is resistant to harsh environments.
