ensure that your secured premises have been patrolled and generates custom
reports to prove it. Give your security guard an electronic
fingerprint that monitors and logs his activity while making
rounds to the various assigned guard tour stations. It utilizes MacSema's extremely durable ButtonMemory®
SPSnet
is one of the easiest packages to use and has been designed
specifically for the security industry. This system utilizes MacSema's
ButtonWand technology to deliver the highest level of
integrity in data collection and verification.
Each ButtonMemory contains a unique ID
number and the buttons cannot be duplicated. They are solid, contain no battery and
withstand extreme weather, temperature and electro-magnetic forces. The user touches
the ButtonWand to each button located at checkpoints on the tour.
With this touch, the date, time, user's name, location, Wand and Button serial numbers
being checked are registered and held in the wand's memory. The user may carry a
note pad of buttons for adding comments applicable to a location such as "door
unlocked, valve closed, temp high", etc. The information in the wand is
downloaded to a PC and the system generates reports to verify that your premises
are being patrolled as well as alert you to problem sites.
Simply touch a button. No more paper check lists to
carry. Inspection information is downloaded electronically, and information such as verifiable audit trails and incidents can be easily searched on the
PC.
