                          OVERVIEW                     

MacSema's Micro DownLoader, offers the same functionality as MacSema's Single-Station DownLoader in a smaller footprint (only 1.7 inches x 3.5 inches) and at a reduced cost.

The Micro DownLoader is a communication link for sending and receiving information between a host computer  and any MacSema handheld reader. It also recharges a reader's batteries utilizing fast/trickle charge technology.

A standard serial cable is used to connect a Micro DownLoader to any device with a serial port, including a  computer, a modem or a printer. Software is available for communication between a reader and your Windows or  DOS application. The Micro DownLoader is also Internet compatible.

MacSema offers a range of downloader/recharger products including the Single-Station DownLoader/Recharger, the Multi-Dock DownLoader/Recharger (accommodates up to 256 MacSema readers at one time) and the S-10 Recharger (recharges up to 10 readers at one time).
